Extended Day Program

Free after-school enrichment — homework help, tutoring, and small-group interventions, Monday–Thursday 2:45–3:45 pm.

The Extended Day Program is designed to provide enrichment opportunities for students outside of the regular school day. Students receive homework help, tutoring, and interventions in a small-group setting to target areas of need. It is an extension of our regular school day, which means our discipline policy and behavioral expectations extend through the program. Students are supervised from 2:45 pm to 3:45 pm, Monday–Thursday only.

After-School Application (English) Aplicación (Español)

Discipline Policy

The rules in the Colegio Petite Student Handbook apply to all After School Program students. First concern: parent informed + warning. Second: parent conference + one-week suspension from the program. Third: expulsion from the program for the block; recurring concerns may mean expulsion for the year.

Expectations

The program is not available on days the school is closed, professional development days, staff meetings, early closings due to weather, or last-minute changes — parents are always notified ahead of time for child-care arrangements.

Pick-Up Policy

Parents/guardians must pick up before the program ends; children are supervised inside until 3:45 pm. Late pick-ups incur a $10 fee and repeated lateness may cost the student their place in the program.
